They're not pre-packaged so you pick how much you need put it in the bag and weigh it on the scale which gives you the sticker with the price

Yep. We have the same in the UK, but you don't need the bag. That's just wasting plastic.
Just weight them and put the sticker on one of the items.

It's not plastic, they're biodegradable by law and you can reuse them to collect organic waste
