Love these, so easy to open and close, and works well.

First time I’ve ever seen something like this. It is super convenient!

It's becoming more common. The cat food and rice I buy have it.

Only problem is when it doesn't line up properly.

Makes sense, but then when the clips don’t line up it’s a pain too.

Is it air tight is the quesh

The answer is no, I've been seeing this more often and it doesn't even make sense because it takes more plastic to make but no longer seals well enough.

My protein powder comes with velco aswell and considering the puff of powder that comes out whenever you move the bag... No it is not air tight.

You think your rice needs to be in an air tight bag? What's the thought process there?

i've always heard it spoils faster if exposed to the moisture in air. personally i keep my rice bag out and open all the time anyways and never had it spoil, but I eat rice constantly so a bag never lasts more than 2-3 weeks.

Charlie’s Soap Laundry Powder comes in bags like this. I’m a big fan. It seals so much better than the traditional kind especially if gritty.

I've seen it on nuts and sweets. Wonder how airtight it is.

Useful for some things, but the first one I got was on a bag of (some sort of non-wheat) flour from Bob's Red Mill... and it gets stuck in the velcro everywhere.

They make one of my absolute Favorite wild rice blends.... I usually get it in a plastic tub though. This is a great design! First time seeing it

This is a pretty popular rice brand and its actually quite good. Used to buy fancy Japanese rice, but this is easy to find and quality is similar.
