I just took mine out. It was insane. Measured 4' across and 3 1/2' tall. Previous house owners put something magical in the raised bed it was planted in because everything we planted in it got ridiculously huge.

You should have pinched off the flowering tips right when they formed, because the basil will taste peppery now. Other than that, this is a normal looking basil plant.
