Can confirm it is a micro vampire bite. My friend's mom's auntie had a similar bite on her hand in December 1894 and she was a straight up vampire in 1895.

Theoretically, a vampire could see itself in a modern mirror or camera because they don't use silver backing or silver based film anymore.

Blood blisters can either not hurt at all or be more painful than you'd expect them to be. I've had some that were that size that hurt like a bitch, I guess it depends on where it is. Also these look drawn on.
