Arms are loose in the sleeves

The arms have to be removed in order to get clothing on and off. Likely not reattached correctly.

Why take off the arms? I could always manage to slide the arms in first then go over the head the couples times I had to do it.

Broken mannequins qualify as interesting?

Mildly, yes.

If the arms were actually long it would be mildly interesting. This is just a broken mannequin.

It's probably not even broken. Someone probably struggled getting the arms on, gave up and left them detached.

I think the one in the hoodie without arms and the crotch-sniffing dog are more interesting than the broken-armed little one.

The arms aren't long, they just fell off. Still terrifying though, child slenderman...

Either someone or more than likely you detached his arms and let them hang
