They’ve been doing the fenyl, but it hasn’t been too effective. Last time they removed a spicule about 1/4 inch wide :/

I'm currently hoping to avoid this. Never had issues until last year. Had the entire nail removed. It's just grown back, but im afraid it grew back in a way that's going to continue causing them...
