I also hate that knowing that my valued customer had gotten fucked and is paying for a second fix. Also I’m usually the more expensive option for a fix since I’m not dicking around any so I know they are desperate for a proper fix to have called me. But having that compassion and empathy usually makes the customer like me and have me back to do other work.
