I really enjoyed Banshees of Inisherin and it reminded me of Blow the Man down too. Looking for other movies in whatever this genere is! Enjoyed:

beauty of the film, scenery
tense relationships of characters
mystery and adventure vibes I also really enjoy the Grand Budapest Hotel that had a similar vibe as well Thanks movie buffs!

Have you seen The Lives of Others? If you can handle subtitles, I think it ticks your boxes although it's not a mystery in the Agatha Christie vein, more in the what will happen way.

Watch Park Chan-wook and Wes Anderson films. Grand Budapest hotel is definitely Wes’ best but he doesn’t have a weak movie in his filmography imo. The Handmaiden and Lady Vengeance are my personal favorites of PCW
