My mom broke up with a guy in college because he didn't like The Godfather. They saw it in the theater when it was originally released and after the movie he kept saying he didn't get it and it was dumb. So she broke up with him. Like if this guy had better taste in movies I wouldn't exist. Fortunately my parents began dating in 1977, and my dad just had to like Star Wars.
Anyways I was wondering if anyone else had a movie like that where if a prospective partner didn't like it you would break up?
