I love reading about the production of movies and shows, even if the film or show isn't one I personally cared for that much. If I watch something I haven't seen before, odds are good I'll head to the Wikipedia page sometime in the near future to read up about how it was conceived, cast, shot, edited, etc.
I also read constantly (about two books a week) and recently completed Made Men, about the making of Goodfellas. What are some other good books about the production of specific movies that you'd recommend? I say "specific movies" because I'm not looking for books about filmmaking in general, but rather books about the making of particular films.

Not specific, but Easy Riders, Raging Bulls covers many 60s and 70s movies.
