Hmmm. Now I like movies that are kind of out there and possibly have symbolic meanings with multiple cut ins like this. But I’m not sure about this one.

It was strange throughout. I’m sure the book would give more insight and explain the “dream?” sequences better. Overall I probably wouldn’t rewatch it. It was interesting though.

The book is terrific but it’s a collection of short stories. Ray Bradbury’s stories inspired Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone and indirectly inspired similar shows like Black Mirror.

Ahhh now you say that I can easily see the influence on TZ and BM. Great point.

It's one of my favorite books, I adapted one of the stories into a short film haha.

I'm glad the younger generation still watches it. If you liked it I would recommend his better adaptations

"Something Wicked this way Comes"

"Fahrenheit 451"

"The Martain Chronicles"

Honorable mention also goes to Ray Bradbury Theater (I know this is TV) but there are a couple of episodes that are certainly worth a watch.
