I can’t stand horror, especially movies with a lot of on screen deaths.

That said, I absolutely love the Scream franchise

Yeah same. I think it's because it has a good dose of fun and humour mixed in with it.

The humor for sure helps, and the fact that it’s less of a horror and more of a mystery thriller also helps, at least to me.
