I'm looking for movie (or maybe even a TV show) with an actor that looks like Sven-ole Thorsen from The Running Man (1987) but with a longer and darker beard.

This is really all I know about the movie/TV show. I think he was a cop maybe in what I'm thinking of. I can see him standing in a position with his hands crossed by his belt buckle in a sort of "at ease" stance. It might be a comedy, an action, or a horror movie. This is such little information, but I watched the running man about a week ago and can't stop thinking about what movie/TV show I could be thinking of

Sven-Ole Thorsen plays the mall security manager in Mallrats. He has no dialogue and just stands like that frequently in the film.

It's not that. It's a newer one. Probably post 2010. Different actor that looks similar. I probably should have clarified that I'm the actual post

Sounds kinda like the bad cop from First Blood when they bring Rambo into the copshop.

But it also sounds like something done in the remake of Dawn of the Dead, one of the security guards.
