What movies have the most unaddressed collateral damage?

I rewatched Ronin for the first time in years and forgot how many innocent bystanders get killed and property gets destroyed. You’d think the entire country if France would’ve been on high alert with news of gang warfare happening in their streets from town to town, but the plot just moves on without addressing the wreckage left behind. I’m not talking about the movies that specifically address it, namely super hero movies (Avengers, Man of Steel, Incredibles). I’m talking about movies that egregiously ignore collateral damage.
