Few days ago i played Layer of Fears 2 and watched the movie Paprika.

Love the surrealism and all the original concept with the visuals, for example, in Layer of Fears 2 there are hands coming out from the walls, a room upside down in Paprika are people with the same face and weird transitions, i'm looking for any similar movie with unique visual concepts?

Both Dr. Strange movies with the psichodelic scenes are great examples too.

I watched Whisky galore today. I might be the prettiest black and white movie I’ve ever seen. It has a gorgeous long shot of the sea like every 90 seconds.

It also does Titanic’s image of two people spinning together before Titanic did it.

Pleasantville (not sure if I’d call it surrealism - but it’s visually stunning)

My favourite is Upside down (2012), 2 earth's with people that are only attracted to the gravity field of 1 or the other, for the first few minutes, it really hurts to look at

Not a movie, but the limited Netflix series Maniac has a great visual aesthetic. Was slept on by many
