If not, anyone know of a website I can use to find one? It can be a foreign language film (if not preferentially foreign language because there will be a higher likelihood that I haven't seen it before). I am looking for inspiration for a new comic book idea I have. Many thanks for any suggestions! All suggestions welcome.

They didn't grow up together. They never even officially meet until DiCaprio tries to come in from the cold.

You are 100% correct. It’s been a long time since I last saw it and I had it in my brain that they grew up together. Great movie, by the way! Rewatching it right now!

Rama and Andi didn’t really go up against each other. If anything, Andi protected him and later helped him defeat Mad Dog,
marvof_thedead t1_iu04trl wrote
True, they did not physically fight each other but theme wise there's still an internal conflict between the two brothers, Rama wanting Andi to go home and Andi feeling like he has more of a life in the criminal world. This is summed up in their exchange they have before the third act of the movie and at the end when Andi still refuses to leave being a gang boss and uses the uniform metaphor from their earlier exchange.

I've not seen The Killer in years but this was similar? Or they definitely became friends as the film went on .. shit now I need to rewatch The Killer.
