I didn't really grow up around Alien when it first came out. So it wasn't my first horror experience.

But I love your other horror picks. Hush was one of my first true horror flicks. Now I watch everything that Mike Flanagan puts out. I used to avoid horror like the plague. Then I started to broaden my horizons. There are still classics that I have not seen.

A quiet place is a favorite of mine as well.

I've never been in love with the 28 days or 28 weeks later films. I'll have to rewatch them since I've only seen them once or so.

** I take that back It Follows is probably one of the first Horror films that and the Babadook comes to mind. Both great movies.

I only watched Hush really recently. I decided to check out The Haunting of Hill House because I heard it was really good and I loved it, so now I’m working my way through Mike Flanagan’s filmography.
