The thing about most of these franchises is that they can offer a good horror flick, or a cheesy horror flick. I personally go back and forth on which I'm in the mood for. Like with F13, 1-4 or 6 are good horror flicks. While 5 and 8 are silly as hell but still fun to watch.

The one I don't flip flop on is Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The sequel will always be my favorite. You can't top Dennis Hopper and Bill Moseley.

Also, kudos to you for listing Hellraiser 3. Not enough people appreciate that one.
