The Jack Reacher movies but the second one is so bad I wouldn't recommend it unless you need help with going to sleep.

I immediately thought of the scene in Pulp Fiction where Vincent accidentally shoots Marvin in the face in the back of the car.

This reminds me of Gary Oldman in True Romance: "He musta thought it was white boy day. It ain't white boy day is it?"

I think you’d enjoy Layer Cake. The protagonist (only known as XXXX) makes preparations to exit the drug trade because he believes in having a plan and sticking to it…quitting while you’re still ahead, not getting too greedy, that sort of stuff. Unfortunately, chaos ensues. His boss, clueless gangsters, Serbian war criminals, etc. all factor into him not enjoying his early retirement just yet.

Edgar Wright. Basically every Edgar Wright movie does stuff like this.
Like Shaun of the Dead for example
We’ll have a Bloody Mary first thing - they kill a zombie named Mary in the backyard
a bite at the King’s Head - Phillip gets bitten
couple at the Little Princess - they pick up Liz, David, and Dianne
stagger back here - they imitate zombies to get back to the Winchester
and bang!, back at the bar for shots - they use the gun at the Winchester to shoot the zombies
"Go Live in the Shed!" - Ed lives in the shed at the end
"Snakehips, always surrounded by women" - Gets eaten by all female zombies

Shaun of the dead. Plans out the rest of the movie in one scene. Nothing goes according to plan.
Home Alone harry and marv have a foolproofed plan that backfires
Probably any heist movie

This is the plot of like 90% of Cohen brothers movies. Protagonist gets an idea, it goes very wrong, hilarity/tragedy ensues.
