Just watched it and WOW! Was not expecting it to be nearly as good as it was. The visuals, the story, Jason Momoa’s performance, was all a surprise to me. I was first REALLY captivated with the visuals and then became invested once the heavy hitters of the story were being revealed. Great movie and I definitely recommend giving it a watch, because I was just about to pass by it like it was just another Netflix original but I was definitely surprised to say the least.

I found it to be a heartwarming fantasy adventure that took elements from Winsor McCay's Little Nemo in Slumberland comic strip and adds a bit of Terry Gilliam's Time Bandits, with Jason Momoa stepping in for the group of time travel dwarven thieves and a very talented Marlow Barkley as Nemo.

I guess I’m just a sucker for movies that make me cathartically cry, plus it had a happy ending and I was left very satisfied.

I was a basket case a couple of times in this movie. I had a close scare from a really close family member as of late so I know I’m biased but like I said in a previous comment, it was very cathartic and very satisfying ending. I’m glad you enjoyed it as well!

I hope whatever happened in your life gets better soon and heals well friend.

I disagree with everything tbh... 3/10
The only scenes I enjoyed watching were the 'real life' ones.
