What worked so well during the Talos sequence, IMHO, was not only the wonderful stop motion effects but the sound effects as well.

It truly sounded like a metallic creature’s movements, screaming metal as it moved!

As terrific as the skeleton fighting sequence was, and it too was incredible, my favorite sequence is the Talos one!
