I’m looking for a site/app that tells you WHEN a film is going to be available on a streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, HBO…). I use JustWatch to show me where films are currently playing & Releases.com mostly just shows the VOD release date. I’d like to know how much longer i’d need to wait until it’s on a service I already subscribe to to avoid the VOD cost. Example, i heard Triangle of Sadness is coming to Hulu but I can’t find a date on that. Please help!

Those dates usually aren't announced until close to when they are put onto the streaming services for the exact reason that you say. If studios released a movie on VOD and then announced "it will be on Netflix in exactly 2 months", no one would buy the VOD.
Triangle of Sadness will likely go to Hulu because of its distributor's (NEON) deal with Hulu. But, they are not consistent as to when Neon films show up there, and don't typically announce when they are coming until its already there.

Also, if you are curious about some other studio to streamer pipelines (in the US):
Disney/Pixar/Marvel/20th Century -> Disney+ (or Hulu if it is R-rated)
Warner Bros. -> HBOMax
Universal -> Peacock
Paramount -> Paramount+
Sony/Columbia -> Netflix
A24 -> Showtime
NEON -> Hulu
Searchlight -> HBOMax and Hulu

Hulu is probably assumed because of Triangle of Sadness' distributor. From a real quick search I haven't found which service it will be on, but it may take time as foreign films like to recoup their cost with American audiences as long as possible. (Especially in awards time for a prestige film)

JustWatch app let’s you know which streaming services you own have a movie you search for. You can also add it to a watchlist and it’ll let you know when it gets released

Id say it's usually 30-45 days after its theater release. IMDB. com sometimes has this info

If you have a Letterboxd account, you can upgrade to Pro or Patron, and you’ll get an email when films on your watchlist hit streaming services. You can even pick specifically which streaming services you want to be notified for.
Not exactly what you asked for, but probably as close as your gonna get.
