That’s two guys in a bathroom
And there is a third guy in the room
But he's dead.
So... he is still there
Spoiler alert…
There's a dead guy in the room with two alive guys?
You may want to rewatch that movie
Meh I turned it off when there was about 5 minutes left /s
Lol sarcasm aside, I had a friend who did this with the last 10 or so minutes of The Departed back when it came out.
Oh, then they missed a lot

Spoilers
Two guys one toilet
Are you implying a bath'room' isn't a room?
No
My dinner with Andre
That’s two guys in a restaurant
I seem to remember the restaurant had a room. I could be wrong. I was focused on the food.
I guess the restaurant has to have a dining room so you’re technically correct
The Lighthouse
That’s two guys in a lighthouse
There are rooms in it.
Could be The Sunset Limited
This is exactly what he’s talking about. Sunset Limited with Tommy Lee Jones and Samuel Jackson.
It’s written by the great Cormac McCarthy, based on his play of the same name. The characters are called “Black” and “White” and spend the play arguing about God, destiny, suicide, and nihilism.
Except they said it's an old movie, possibly black and white, and maybe not in English. I think they could be looking for The Seventh Seal (which is not entirely in a room but otherwise was my first thought).
Yeah seventh seal was my though, just thrown by the room part.
We’ll, it’s from 2011, and depending on how old OP is, they could consider that an old movie. And the characters are CALLED Black and White, so I thought (since he only had it described to him) that he might be misremembering that.
man that movie sucked so bad.
Exactly the first thought I had lol
Sounds like the play No Exit, don't know if they ever made a movie about it.
You got that right, my good sir. Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for.
Glad I could help. Hope you enjoy the movie.
The Seventh Seal?
That's what it sounds like to me.
Even in The Seventh Seal they are on a beach playing chess, or the protagonist is recalling several of his memories that are not in a room. So I have no clue if OP means this movie.
The room part threw me as well, but the rest kind of fits - figured it was worth a mention in case that detail was off.
It could be it- a lot of people remember this movie different cause of all of the various replays/spoofs out there.
I was gonna say this as well. Everything fits except for the room part.
12 Angry Men? You’re just missing 10 of them
Clerks
That’s two guys in a convenience store
I love you
Do….do you not understand that buildings - including convenience stores - contain rooms?
I don’t have room for that kind of nonsense logic
It's also two guys outside of a convenience store
I need more
Devil has like 5 ppl in an elevator.
That’s about two elevator service repair men.
Rope?
My immediate thought was Rope as well.
Which one is the one where they have a dinner party with the food served over a box containing a dead guy?
This
So it has more than two people not including the dead guy…
I believe the "two guys" are the college students that actually murdered the guy in the room. There is the professor as a guest, and I think a woman who I can't remember how she was involved, or not.
ROPE has two - three characters in a room. Even discussing death and the recently departed, also in the room.
That’s two people strangling another
Waiting for Godot?
That was my thought
That’s two dudes waiting around
Yes officer he was kinda short and tall, was youngish old, and wore clothes. You know who I mean.
I think he had a face.
A great Buñuel black and white film fits the bill, Exterminating Angel (1962), a dinner party goes awry and no one can leave.
More than two guys tho. Highly recommended as one of those non-horror horror movies.
Kiss of the Spider Woman
Came here to say this... fits the old and based on book.
Definitely my Dinner with Andre
Could it be the last scene from Coffee and Cigarettes?
Edit to add info: two older men are sitting in an armory and discussing death. Really somber tone. (Filmed in Black and White.)They talk about a Mahler song that is, in their opinion, one of the saddest in the world. Cool scene
That’s that’s two people playing chess
Oh I forgot they were playing chess. It has been a few years. I really liked the Tom Waits and Iggy pop scene
Is this the sequel to the movie about the two girls and a cup?
That’s two girls with one cup
Sounds like you could be describing a lot of things, including the super famous play "Waiting for Godot", but my guess is you're referring to My Dinner With Andre.
I know exactly which movie you're talking about OP! It's very old (black and white) and youre right, it's not în english.
Could it be an episode of The Twilight Zone?
S3 Ep14 "Five Characters in Search of an Exit"
Five strangers wake up trapped in a room with no windows or doors but an open ceiling.
Saw?
Hell in A Cell starring The Undertaker and Makind.
Its called 'The Room' (2003)
Waiting for Godot
The dumb waiter with John Travolta.
[deleted]
There's 'The Sunset Limited', which is not in black and white but the two characters are referred to as Black and White.
The Sunset Limited
The Room
The Sunset Limited?
r/tipofmytongue might be able to help
Endgame? It has Dumbledore and Lupin.

Saw?
Saw
In Bruges
That’s about two men in Bruges
Yah
2 guys, one cup.
No Exit. (The 1962 film)
Frost/Nixon?
Tape by Richard Linklater does this
That’s about two dudes in a love triangle.
No Exit; it’s a movie adapted from the writings of Jean-Paul Sartre. It’s a group of people all slowly realizing they’ve all died and are hanging out in a sort of purgatory trying to convince themselves they were good people while they were alive.
A good hit in the existential gut.

Saw?
Saw?
Wait, I think thats three guys...
Swiss Army Man
If you like dialogue, another really good one is My Dinner With Andre.
Lo?
The Lighthouse? It’s in back and white, so it could be thought to be old.
Saw?
The lighthouse
Oh hai mark
the room. starring tommy wisseau
Fight Club.
That’s one guy with split personality disorder
That's lots of guys in a flop house making soap
Well to be fair he did actually recruit all of those people for Project Mayhem. He just didn’t remember doing so when he becomes Tyler Durden. And he did destroy Jared Leto’s pretty face.
