I love Priscilla! I've been watching it since I was a kid. Until recently, when I started watching Aussie horror, that and Muriel's Wedding were the only two Oz movies I'd seen. It's super nostalgic for me.

That's cool! Two great Aussie classics. What horror movie have you liked? The best off the top of my head are probably The Babadook and Wolf Creek.

I like Wolf Creek, but I personally prefer the sequel. A lot of dark Aussie humour really comes out in that. There's also:

  • 100 Bloody Acres (2012)
  • Alexandra's Project (2003)
  • Lake Mungo (2008)
  • The Loved Ones (2009)
  • Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975)
  • The Reef (2010)
  • Roadgames (1981)
  • The Tunnel (2011)

There are a couple I still haven't seen that are on my watchlist: Dead Calm (1989) and Hounds of Love (2016).

There's a really good Aussie horror YouTuber, which is where I got a lot of recs from if you want to check her out.

Awesome I'll check them out. I'm a big horror fan but I haven't heard of a couple of these.
