From the two person subs, the heavy duty train or the cricket like assembly robots in the city or Crab Mechs(My beloved) there is alot of really cool designs for the human tech and the 2nd movie highlights that and the same for the creature designs look absolutely kickass in way of water! The whales especially!

People that didn’t like this movie need to just stop trying to have fun. Just give up.

I know it’s a guy in stilts but, if you ever go to Animal Kingdom at WDW, they have a guy that “explains” what the suit does. That plus, all that’s Pandora there is something to be seen first hand. I highly recommend it!

Everyone has their favorite Disney parks. Animal Kingdom has a special place in my heart because of Pandora. If and when you do go, I recommend walking around and taking it all in both during the day and at night(the place looks exactly like Pandora at night).

I keep on rooting for the military to win. I care that little for the blue people.

I cry when they destroy the cool aircraft and kill people just working to provide for their families back on Earth

I know not everyone was a huge fan of Avatar: Way of Water

This has to be a joke, right? I've seen LITERALLY NOTHING but praise for this movie, as well as the first one; and I'll NEVER understand why these movies get so much praise.

EDIT: Imagine downvoting me cuz I spoke the truth. 😒

I find both Avatars to be complete snoozefests. CGI, no matter how good, doesnt matter when your characters, story and themes are completely played out and done so much better in other works.

Oh wow! One video/person out of seemingly the entire world (or at least, anyone who uses the internet)! That TOTALLY debunked my statement! /s

I don't even like YMS. Your attempt to debunk my point my statement with a singular video, let alone from one by a youtuber I don't like, is straight up laughable.

Then you need to pay more attention re Avatar. It's an amazingly visually-beautiful film with with zero depth using cardboard cutouts, potted plants, and cliche` where story should be.

Same reviewer for Avatar 2

I haven't been bored enough to watch the second one yet, and tbf if/when I finally am, I'm considering just leaving the sound off and watching the absolutely-no-doubt visually stunning CG world -- after the first one, I have no confidence getting involved in the plot would even be worth a game of name-that-trope.

(To be fair, I saw a fan-edit someone did that was more watchable than what was in theaters by just nixing the B-thread...)

I've seen Critical Drinker's Avatar review, and it was wasted potential. The movie is garbage, but not for the reasons Drinker puts out. He unironically thinks the humans did nothing wrong, despite the fact that the humans were DESTROYING AND TERRORIZING Pandora.

Haven't seen his review of Avatar 2, and going by his review of the first movie, I have no interest in watching it. I haven't even liked Critical Drinker since 2022. What's your point? What are you trying to gain out of this?

World Dominance (I'm in a race with Pinky and the Brain), Riches enough to make Elon Musk my personal rocket pilot, and the magic to force all politicians to only tell the truth.

It's not working so far but damn it I'm trying!

One might also infer that since I quoted a section of a post that I was addressing that particular point given the context -- re: "and I'll NEVER understand why these movies get so much praise" -- that you weren't the only one.

The internet is a f-ing weird place: you support someone's point of view and...they get hostile 🙄. I'm just gonna 'nope' outta this right here.

Love the first one. Even though I'm kind of a snob. The second one was 30% less interesting and 30% longer?
