I like this titling convention because it conveys the plot of the movie efficiently. There's also lots of other examples of movies and shows that are titled "verbing subject name" (Killing Eve, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, etc,) My favorite movie is No Country for Old Men, so it would be probably be retitled Chasing Llewlyn Moss if it had to fit this titling convention. What would your favorite movie be retitled as?

You can't do it. The plot isn't about doing something to or for a person. It's about a person trying to quit his job and being waylaid in that ambition. I see some people haven't been as literal and that works:
