Although it serves its purpose narratively and there’s some foreshadowing, overall narratively making sense. Wasn’t like they threw a curve ball at us
I don’t like that >!Dominic was killed!< The movie already had enough stuff going on. It’s not even that I think it’s too cruel or badly written, it just felt unnecessary
It felt formulaic. A trope that happens a lot in period pieces, they just have to add that extra tragedy in mundane dramas
I still like the movie and think it’s objectively good. That part is my only gripe
