Wind Chill: New record -108.4 F Time 21:30 EST Feb 3, 23 Old record -103F1.

That’s likely the lowest wind chill ever recorded in the United States since meteorologists began calculating wind chills, said Brian Brettschneider, an Alaskan climate scientist.

Minimum Temp -47.1F, Feb 4, 2023.

Wikipedia says "wind chill has no universally agreed upon standard definition or measurement." That's why everyone's talking about the US record rather than world records. Other countries may have different formulas or not keep wind chill records at all.
