what a jerk.

people like that need to be in prison for a long time.

ask any pro gun guy, and they will say exactly the same thing.

you NEVER point a gun at someone you do not want to shoot. i was taught that when i was five years old

Yup. Brandishing IMO should be handled damn near as close as actual assault/battery. If that dude had caught a bullet cause he felt like waving a gun around it would’ve been only his fault, and placing that burden on somebody else is awful.

But with the way things have been going he’ll be out in PR bail in 12 minutes and back to it.

It's like a revolving door The people that need to be without a doubt locked up just keep being let go to cause more havoc when does enough become enough.

The scary thing is he probably did want to shoot her but then thought better of it.

I used to be so surprised when I would hear about people leaving their firearm unsecured but it's just been happening so much more lately do people just not have any critical thinking skills? I'm all for responsible gun ownership but Jesus Christ Almighty this guy.

Broke a mirror? Now he's really screwed.
