Google hasn’t turned up any results that seemed relevant. My parents are arriving into Manchester on a work day, so current options are either having them wait around for half a day until I’m off work or book an expensive cab or rental car. Any other alternatives I should look into?

Worst case, I could see if they can rebook into Logan and take Dartmouth Coach or Cape Air to Lebanon.

Look at Peter Pan, I believe that runs to downtown Manchester.

Greyhound, I think. Drops off in white river.

Edit: I know they used to when it was a Vermont transit and for a while after. Honestly, not sure if they still do.

If you're going to be working at all during their visit, I would just suck it up and get them a rental for the duration. That way they'll have some freedom to explore on their own.
