This is a weird ask, but I live in Southern NH, and I am looking for fitness classes that are in darker rooms. I’ve seen so many of those peloton classes that are led by one person and the room is dark/dim. I would like to try one of these because it would make me feel more comfortable knowing that nobody can really see me. I’ve tried searching for it online, but I can’t seem to find classes that are done in the dark in Southern NH. If anybody has any info I’d appreciate it!!

Highly recommend The Collective Studios in Londonderry! They have spin and other classes in the dark/dark rooms that are perfect for what you are looking for. They also have some cool videos on their Instagram page that demonstrate this. Highly accepting of all skill levels!

If you like heat, check out Hotworx in Londonderry. You work out in your own private sauna and they have cycling and rowing, as well as yoga, Pilates, and other classes on video.

Spin classes with Keiser m3i bikes are dark at the Merrimack YMCA. They are held in a former squash court. A membership at the Nashua-Merrimack YMCA gives you access to the Nashua, Merrimack and Westwood facilities, and guest privileges at other YMCAs nationwide.

Don’t know where you’re located. But there is a great (and dark) hot yoga studio in hampstead, on route 111.

Orange theory isn’t necessarily dark but is more discrete. Decent mix. Kinda pricey.

Second for hotworx, it's basically perfect for social anxiety. Small dark warm saunas that only fit 3, and you can wait until the last minute and book an empty one through the app. There's one in Bedford too.

Strive Cycling is in Concord—I know that’s more central, but if you’re in the area—they do drop in Spin classes and it’s super dark.
