Anyone know where I can get high quality compost? Need enough for two 8x4x2 garden beds. I’m Located in Seacoast area.

Mix in other soils not just compost. Straight compost in your raised beds doesn't work as well as you want.

Try to get screened stuff. I've gotten compost from an area farm which obviously took yard waste (leaves) for some of their "brown." I had bits of glass, pieces of children's toys, wire, etc mixed in. I felt like I had put trash into my garden.

Same, check with your town. Our dump offersv3 yards per month for free. They just compost all the yard clean up debris, so it's not the greatest but it worked fine for me.

Knowles Tree Service in N. Hampton. As someone mentioned above do a mix of “super loam” (better than just “loam” much cleaner) and compost. They should have both. If no compost there, lots of landscaping outlets offer bagged compost and anybody there could help you pick a good one. You will not need a lot of compost, use super loam for 90%+ of your base. Mix in 1-2 bags of compost per bed. (7yrs of landscape experience)
