I still can't even log into my online account. It just spins forever. Doesn't matter what browser I use. The phone app 'sort of' works. I also just got my first bill from them since last September just last week! I ended up paying with a credit card over the phone. Their shit is fucked.

I know some people that work there… the new system sucks for the customer and the employee. The worst part is they wasted some much money on a’ new system’ that sucks. Eversource adopted the system sooner and is SUEING the company because the system is so crappy.
