My thought too... is it an indication that I have lived in NE all might life that I could quickly tell you the difference between the two? I could probably also distinguish if it was from chickens. :-)

So, lemme get this straight…truck offloads manure and the po po shut down lanes, but when another offloads paint, waste oil, tar, etc., the po po are no where to be found? Got it.
