How would a commute to Boston be Tuesday/Wednesday?

I’m watching like a hawk as I have to go to Logan Tuesday around 11am for a 2 flight. It seems the worst for eastern nh and mass comes around 3pm. But Wednesday am should be ok depending on the clean up.
