Savers in Newington has lots of good clothes. Used and donated but generally higher quality than I find at Goodwill. Other than that, Marshalls is the only "new/returns" type place I know of. Certainly not thrift prices tho. If you're looking for furniture, habitat for humanity also in Newington has a restore I believe. Pricey from what I'm told

There are stores, and at least one in NH I just don’t know where, and they buy large quantities of returned, expired, or surplus goods. Mostly from Amazon/Target/Wal Mart (the ones I’ve been to at least) and it’s all just dumped into shallow tray/bins and it’s kind of a crazy free for all as people go through them.

Usually stuff comes in one day a week that they close for, then the first day everything is like $6 and goes down by a dollar a day until the next refill day.
