Not sure that helps Sherman's chances on election day?

Biggest differences are in pot (Sununu is still against it, but not as adamantly as he once was) and gun control (Sherman claims not to want bans, but would have signed all those bills Sununu vetoed).

Based on current polling, the race is Sununu's to lose.

What I got from the interview was that Sununu is saying yes, we will make it legal, just not now. The reason for that is distracted driving. We have had more crashes and deaths on the road this year than I can recall so maybe he has a point there.
