Seconding this. We have a Subaru Outback that's four years old and paid $250 this year.

I live in CT with a 5 year old outback and paid more than that. Been looking to move to NH but started a business in CT that kind of needs me, so I spend weekends and summers in NH for the past 10 years. Still not enough to claim residency but that's why I'm here!
