Cotton is a bit fancier, a steakhouse, cocktail bar.
My fav place is here, they make the bombest empanadas and their al pastor tacos are delish. (They're on Doordash too!)
Red Arrow Diner is a local favorite, the one in Manchester is pretty tight so go to Londonderry for some breathing room if you're claustrophobic.
And if you want some great Greek food, come to Amphora in Derry!

Without regard to your or my political leanings, the Red Arrow in Manchester is a place that nearly every presidential candidate has visited. When you’re there, take a look at the pictures on the walls. Many important leaders have passed through this place. (And if that interests you, Lindy’s Diner in Keene has a similar history.)

I disagree with the red arrow statement. It's food, but it's not good food. Just a cheep diner with too many options. If you're hungover, or plastered, then it's good.
If you want more C tier food there's More Joe's on Candia road (by the round about near lake Massabesic) or the airport diner on Brown Ave.
White Birch and Tuckers in Bedford are booth good. So it's Puritans in Manchester, though it's pricey for what it is.
If you're looking for a bar with decent food I'd recommend strange brew. I think bonfire does 3 dollar cheese burgers and tacos for happy hour (3-7). Murphy's is shit and should be avoided.
