Had a sore throat on Sunday and tested positive for COVID-19 today. I slept most of today and yesterday.

That is what I have been hearing. People not testing positive until the third or fourth day. Hope you feel better, soon!

True. So taking a test in the first day does not always show a positive.

Very true. Also tests at least in a hospital setting after 15 are invalid as can show a false positive. But I'm still very not ok with how your Dr office handled it. Not ok
