Before ppl start arguing in comments, just wanna say sucks you’re losing the house man. Where im from (normal middle/lower-middle class area) anyone who owned property before covid won the lottery, and everyone else is priced out (except for out of staters of course). I don’t truly understand why everything is expensive, it seems like so much stuff is happening in the world (saudis can change gas prices at the snap of a finger), but regardless, it sucks.
