Planning a trip to New Hampshire or Vermont in the 2nd week of Nov. Any recommendations as to where to fly into and the routes I should drive through to see FALL foliage if anything left? I really like to be out in the nature :)

[I pre-booked a flights into Burlington already and wanted to stay at Stowe but can totally change my itinerary if New Hampshire is a better location this time of the year]

I'd say your pretty late to the leaf party, it's past peak here in central N.H. So it is definitely past in the north, but maybe someone knows of a pocket some where. Either way, Stowe is a great little town, If you wanted to switch to the whites you could hit up Lincoln, Woodstock N.H., or Conway for a larger town.

Unfortunately colors are fading pretty fast already and you will have missed it by then.

Season of the sticks for both areas by then, being some light traction like microspikes with some good layers and you can still enjoy the outdoors

The oak trees have been waiting and are now dominating with the brown. Everywhere brown. Was on Lake Winnipesaukee today and looking at the mountains, what struck me was the evergreens standing out on the muted trees.

The good news is it’s a slow time between leaves and skiing. I recommend water features like the falls up north. Also the standard are Crawford notch and Franconia notch. Beautiful year round.

Unfortunately gonna have to parrot the others here. Foliage is going fast.

It's been raining leaves over the last few days. We've already had a couple frosty nights and that's usually the death knell for the colors.
