Call Manchester animal shelter or Bedford humane society, they should be able to take him in and scan for a chip.

I see in another comment that Manchester was full, and you were going to try Bedford, if that doesn't work you can also try the Nashua Human Society, or the Concord SPCA. One of them might be able to assist with taking in a stray. You can also fill out a found report.
