That’s true, I think due to the drought. But OP didn’t specify CYO, and these guys do a great job (we got ours on Friday)

This place looks exactly like what I'm looking for too! Prices are reasonable they have all sizes. Since moving here 2 years ago, I have not seen any tree lots around and have had to go to Home Depot where they are not very cheap even for the small ones. Thanks for the post

Miracle Acres was one the only ones around that were doing cut your own around here.
