This sub is full of uptight thin skinned folks who somehow think reddit is real life and not an anonymous shit talking board. It's also hard to convey humor on the internet sometimes.
FTR, it made me chuckle because as soon as I saw the OP's post, I knew someone or multiple someones were going to post what you did.

I saw the original post almost immediately after it went up, so I was first to comment. This factor weighed heavily on my decision to make the joke.
In my defense, a cashier had trouble ringing in one of my items yesterday and I didn't say ''that one must be free.''
