Somebody took this dog. This dog was lost in a specific area in my neighborhood. Many people searched for this dog at the time of it's disappearance. I just don't believe the dog could of snuck out without being seen. Since it's near the disc golf course, a popular walking cemetery and some housing, I think either a random disc golfer or someone in the area has the dog. If you come across someone who has a dog that looks like this...and they got it this year...question them.

I’m part of the local disc golf community and we’ve all been trying to help locate this dog too. The owner is a friend of a friend. If a course regular took it we would have known about it months ago. It could have been someone from out of state, but pointing fingers at a disc golfer specifically is silly when the area is a large residential neighborhood and in close proximity to very busy streets.

I don’t think it’s silly. I hope it jog’s peoples memories to folks they might have come across in the past 6 months in hopes of locating the dog.

I fear it made its way to the river and possibly feel in or coyotes.

I also believe someone stole this dog. I have heard of ZERO sightings and I spoke with the owner who called the vet where I work and was calling all the local ones and shelters, they are also working with Granite State Dog Recovery and I’ve heard not a single thing. This is a very in-demand breed and there are some very dishonest people in the world. It’s also possible (I think likely) the dog was stolen and then resold possibly in another geographic area.

Is the dog chipped? Have you guys gone old school and reached out to every vet/pet store with a flier with description/pics in the counties and surrounding states? I don't use Facebook. I would only hear about this through fliers or Reddit.

I hope his family finds him.

I don't know anything about the reward you'd have to reach out to the owner. I just saw the post and I'm re-posting.

What constitutes a “large” reward?
