McKinnons in Salem and Portsmouth both have a really good cheese departments, if you want something super specialty (but more expensive) C'est Cheese right by Portsmouth as well has a small but very niche selection.

Not sure but I do think pastrami is the most sensual of all the salted, cured meats.
