That’s a Halyomorpha halys kobold, better known as a Kobold Stink Bug. This species not only stinks, but is known to incessantly spurt nonsense and is much more annoying than your average stink bug.

Looks like a bown marmorated stink bug, pretty common in nh nowadays. They originated in Asia and found their way over to the US in the late 90s.

Stink bug. Harmless. Eats dust. Doesn't even really stink.

Just think of them as thick ladybugs.

When it does "stink" it kinda smells like cilantro.

They're all over older houses. We call them little buddies in my house.

They're solidly on the chill bug side of the insect spectrum.

Ugly looking stink bug. Kill it as fast as you can.

Those stink bugs were introduced in Pennsylvania in the early 00s and are still spreading. They're just starting to reach my area, I saw them for the first time this year, just a few early colonizers but there will be more and more over time.

They overwinter in houses, in any crevice they can find, in the attic, in the walls... it's impossible to keep them out.
