Hey everyone,

My wife and I are moving to Manchester this week and I was wondering, what are some good breweries in or around the city?

We’re moving from Concord and I feel like I got spoiled there as far as craft beer goes, given that there’s three very good breweries there.

From the Barrel is phenomenal. Kelsen also has excellent pizza (and OK beer.)

Stark is so disappointing.

603 for sure. Great spot for food and a cool place to hang out.

Not a huge fan of their beer in general, but their food is great.

Pipedream, From the Barrel, To Share and Candia Rd. If you wander about 30 minutes north, definitely stop at Kettlehead.

To Share, Candia Road, Great North, and Backyard are all solid spots, my favorite is probably To Share but everyone has their own personal preference. Most people will tell you to steer clear of Stark Brewing and I would unfortunately have to agree.

Candia Road Brewing is the answer

I can smell the redditors who backed off the down vote button once they realized you're moving within nh.

Not in NH but Treehouse just opened in Tewksbury, MA. Easily one of the best breweries in the country, about 45 mins from Manchester.

Stark and To Share

To Share is dope. If OP is referencing concord craft, lithermans or feathered friend as amongst the “very good breweries” in Concord they are going to be very disappointed with Stark

Go to liquid therapy or spy glass in Nashua

Strong disagree on Liquid Therapy. I found their stuff to be disappointing.

Backyard, Kelsen, and Pipe Dreams!

Stark is fine if you don't ask for the closest thing to bud light. Bo's and tashas red are really good and most of the food is on point

Backyard for close by, Kettlehead a little more north

Seacoast has some better options, deciduous is great. White Mountains has good beer

I don't think you realize how average here in NH is way better than some other states. Depends on where OP is from.
