I’ve done it a couple of times, but I’m not sure about teaching someone how.

It’s pretty easy if you do end up finding someone to teach you. Hardest part is de-feathering if you don’t have a mechanical means of doing so.

With that few, id just look on YouTube. Not like you have 100 to do. And need all the sinks and plucker and everything. Get a sharp knife and watch a few vids. It's very easy to do it correctly

This is a very good video despite his business/religious ramblings. He does show you exactly what to do. My wife and I butcher 15 meat birds every year and this was our guide.
